Events - Event View

A weekly discussion group on training topics. No dog needed. Some examples of topics might be: luring vs. shaping and when to use each, training loops, &#39;clean&#39; training, defining good training criterion, operant vs. classical, counter conditioning/desensitization, etc. The topics can be as basic or advanced as the group wants.<br /><br />Participants proposes a variety of topics then we select which to discuss first. After 8-10 minutes on a topic we vote to continuing the discussion or move to the next topic.<br /><br />Bring an inquisitive mind and be ready to participate with ideas, questions, examples and opinions.<br /><br />Registration not required. Drop-ins encouraged.
